Originally from Southeast Missouri, Hannah Mudd graduated with a B.A. in both History and Political Science from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2017. She was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2017.
While at Saint Mary’s she was actively engaged on campus and the local community through clubs and volunteer activities, including serving as a Student Manager for the Notre Dame Football Program. At Mizzou she served as the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Business, Entrepreneurship & Tax Law Review in addition to leading several other clubs at the law school and participating in a clinic.
Hannah engages in a variety of civil litigation defense cases in addition to business, finance, and banking matters throughout Missouri. Hannah’s experience with companies and organizations enables her to effectively represent companies and individuals within the context of established guidelines and regulatory concerns.
In her free time Hannah enjoys cheering on the Fighting Irish, Belles, Cardinals, and Blues. She also enjoys spending time with her family and their new dog, her friends, hiking, traveling, working on art projects, and exploring the city to find local music, new restaurants, and shops.
Hannah most recently worked for a regional bank on various matters of risk prevention, regulatory compliance, best practices, foreclosure cases, contract drafting and negotiation.
Additionally, she worked for a Fortune 500 company on various aspects of their financial services, securities, employment, regulatory, trust, labor, and trial preparation matters. She also completed similar projects for smaller financial services firms and independent brokers.
Hannah assisted a state-wide real estate governing body on various risk-management and legal affairs.
She helped start-up entities on all corporate and partnership formation issues, from inception to preparing for investor financing, including intellectual property concerns.
