Neil Jackson received his J.D. from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 2015.  Prior to law school, Neil completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri – Columbia with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Business, graduating in 2012.

Neil was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2015.  He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for Eastern District of the Missouri and the Western District of Missouri.

Prior to joining Pitzer Snodgrass, P.C., Neil was an associate at Schreimann, Rackers and Francka, LLC in Jefferson City, Missouri, practicing construction, premises liability and general defense litigation.

EXPERIENCE

Neil was part of a team that defended a condominium owners’ association in June, 2017, involving a defective construction dispute valued at over $26,000,000.00, successfully obtaining summary judgment at the trial court level and successfully obtaining a per curiam order in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District.

In August, 2017, Neil acted as second chair counsel through trial, defending a title insurance company involved in a real estate dispute, and successfully obtained a defense judgment.
