Ed Tjaden earned his J.D., Magna cum laude, in 2018 from Washington University School of Law. While on campus, Ed served as President of the Washington University Student Veterans Association.
Ed is developing a focused civil litigation practice. His practice includes business litigation, construction liability, professional liability, and premises liability.
Before pursuing his legal career, Ed served in the United States Army until being medically retired in 2014. Ed continues to be an active member of the veteran community.
Veterans Opioid Addiction Case.
Ed Tjaden, along with two other Illinois-based attorneys, is currently representing three veterans from the Alton-Wood River area that have filed suit against major drug companies, distributors and drug stores, claiming the firms over-promoted opioids, leading to them becoming addicted.
Named companies include Purdue Pharma, McKesson and Walgreens Company. More information can be found in The Telegraph news release.
