After passing the bar exam, Zachary initially focused his practice on estates and trusts. He then transitioned to civil litigation, specializing in toxic torts and environmental claims for approximately eight years before moving to general insurance defense claims.
Zak is a member of the Missouri Bar Association and Illinois Defense Counsel. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law in 2013, where he was an editor for the Charlotte Law Review, and holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is licensed to practice in Missouri, Illinois, and various federal courts.
