Max Knudsen | Associate
Max Knudsen’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation. Max has significant experience representing insurance company clients on various first- and third-party coverage matters as well as representing them in litigation involving coverage disputes and insurer bad faith. Max also has a history of successfully representing large companies, small businesses, and individuals in other civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defect, professional liability, civil rights, and a variety of other disputes. Max’s dedication to his clients earned him selection to the 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for attorneys in Missouri.

Max obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri–Columbia and his Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. While in law school, Max was a Managing Editor for The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, one of the country’s top law journals in the area of alternative dispute resolution.

Outside of work, Max enjoys golfing, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his family, friends, and his two dogs, Rudy and Elvis.
