Phillip Stelzer

Phil Stelzer earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Business, graduating cum laude from Saint Louis University, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law. In law school, Phil excelled academically, receiving the CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing and serving as a Note and Comment Editor on the Journal of Dispute Resolution.

Phil’s legal career began with a two-year clerkship at the Missouri Court of Appeals – Eastern District under the Honorable Kurt S. Odenwald, where he gained a deep understanding of appellate law and judicial processes.

He is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois and has been recognized for his academic achievements with honors such as the Dean’s List. Currently, Phil is a valued member of Pitzer Snodgrass, applying his extensive legal knowledge to deliver exceptional services.

Phil’s background in sports business and law allows him to navigate complex legal issues with a strategic perspective. Outside of work, he remains passionate about sports and actively engages with the sports community.
