2020: Co-counsel for the defendant in a criminal trial in St. Louis City. After a vigorous 4-day trial, the client was acquitted of all counts.
2017: First chair for the defendant in a criminal trial in St. Louis City. After a 3-day trial, the client was acquitted of all felony charges and released.
Post Conviction/Appellate Wins
2019: Client’s conviction and sentence were overturned after the Court of Appeals determined that client failed to receive a fair trial. Remanded for new trial.
2019: Client’s conviction and sentence were overturned after the trial court determined that Counsel had successfully argued that the client received ineffective assistance of counsel during his guilty plea and subsequent sentencing.
2018: Client’s conviction and sentence were overturned after the Court of Appeals determined the trial court committed reversible error. Remanded for new trial.
