Max Knudsen is an Associate whose practice focuses primarily in the area of complex civil litigation. Max has significant experience advising insurance company clients on various first- and third-party coverage matters as well as representing them in litigation involving coverage disputes and insurer bad faith. Max also has a history of success in representing his clients in a variety of other civil matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, professional liability, construction, motor vehicle accident, employment, and other business disputes.
Max obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri–Columbia and his Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Mortiz College of Law. While in law school, Max was a Managing Editor for The Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, one of the country’s top law journals in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
